IGOR VRBAN, B. Sc. Petrol. Eng.
President, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer

igor_vrban_Igor Vrban has served as President, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of CROSCO since June 2010. He has served as a Member of the Board and Chief Operating Officer of CROSCO since June 2009 to June 2010. Igor Vrban has served as CROSCO Drilling Division Director from May 2005 to June 2009. Prior to this appointment he was Project Manager responsible for CROSCO's projects in Syria (Sept. 2002 to May 2005), and Tunisia (Dec. 2001 to Sept. 2002). Earlier still, Mr. Vrban was Rig Manager and Project Manager in Azerbaijan, in 2001, and Rig Manager in Morocco, in 2000. In 1999 Mr. Vrban was involved in the joint venture project of CROSCO and Petrolphysics aimed at implementation of Petro jet technology on multiple wells in Croatia. Mr. Vrban joined the Directional Drilling Dept. of CROSCO in 1996 and worked as drilling and coring engineer. He began his career as a petroleum engineer trainee in 1990. Mr. Vrban holds a BSc in Petroleum engineering from the Faculty of Petroleum Engineering of the University of Zagreb, Croatia and a MBA degree from the IEDC – Bled School of Management, Slovenia. He also completed a number of professional training courses.

PÉTER SZÉKELY, MBA, London Business School Scholar,  B. Sc. Econ., B. A. Pol. Sci.
Member of the Board and Director of Corporate Services

peterszekely_ Péter Székely has been serving as Director of Corporate Services from July 2011 and as Member of the Board since January 2012. Mr. Székely graduated from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas, USA in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Mr. Székely is enrolled at the London Business School as London Business School Scholar and is set to complete his MBA degree in July 2012.  Between 1996 and 2001 he worked as financial analyst at MOL Hungarian Oil and Gas Company in the International Exploration and Production Division on Upstream projects in Yemen, Algeria, and Russia. From 2001 to 2006 he worked in the Chairman & CEO’s office at MOL as executive assistant to the Chairman & CEO and subsequently as the Secretary of the MOL Board of Directors and Supervisory Board. From 2006 to 2011 he served at MOL’s Upstream subsidiary in Oman first as Finance Manager and subsequently as Managing Director.

TOMISLAV TADIC, B. Sc. Mech. Eng.
Member of the Board and Chief Financial Officer

tomislav_tadicTomislav Tadic has served as a Member of the Board and Chief Financial Officer since December 2011. Mr. Tadic graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Zagreb, in 1997 and in 2002 he gained his master's degree at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb. From 1999 till the end of 2007 he worked with Privredna banka Zagreb in Investment banking Division with the last position of Deputy Executive Director. Later he joined investment and advisory firm Proventus strategije Ltd as Managing director and two years later joined real-estate developer CCS Investments Ltd as CFO. Prior to current position he was Board Member and CFO in Dioki Plc since September 2010.

TIBOR GOZDAN, M. Sc. Petrol. Eng.
Member of the Board

tgozdanTibor Gozdán has served as Member of the Board of CROSCO since June 2010. He has serving as Senior Manager of Drilling & Well Services Management of MOL Plc., Hungary since July 2009. Tibor Gozdán has served as Senior Manager of Drilling Supervising of MOL Plc., Hungary from July 2005 to June 2009. Prior to this appointment he joined to MOL Plc., Hungary in April 2004 working as Drilling Supervisor Expert responsible for MOL's drilling projects in Hungary. Earlier still, Mr. Gozdán was working for CROSCO Syrian Project as Rig Manager in Syria from 2002 to 2004; working for ROTARY Drilling Co. Ltd., Hungary in Syria Projects as Rig Manager from 1997 to 2002, and Rig Manager in Tunisia for ROTARY from 1996 to 1997 in various projects. From 1993 to 1996 Mr. Gozdán was involved in the Hungarian drilling operations as Drilling Engineer as a employee of ROTARY Drilling Co. Ltd. , Hungary. He began his career as a Drilling engineer in 1992. Mr. Gozdán holds a MSc in Petroleum engineering from the Faculty of Petroleum Engineering of the University of Miskolc, Hungary. He also completed a number of professional training courses.
