CROSCO expands its offshore activities to Gulf of Mexico.
CROSCO acquires Hungarian drilling and well serveces company Rotary Drilling Co. Ltd.

2006
CROSCO expands its activities on Libyan, Egyptian, Syrian and Hungarian markets.

2005
CROSCO expands its activities to Egypt and Hungary.
CROSCO is reorganized – new organization is in place.

2004
CROSCO provides, manages and maintains drilling, completion and workover services on ENI's Libyan Sabratha drilling and production platform.
CROSCO conducts a substantial upgrade of jackup drilling rig Labin.

2003
CROSCO’s environmental management system and occupational health and safety management system receive certification from Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI) to ISO 14001: 1996 and OHSAS 18001: 1999 standards, respectfully. Meanwhile CROSCO’s quality management system is re-certified to ISO 9001:2000, also by BVQI.
CROSCO obtains bareboat charter of Noble Drilling Corporation jackup rig Noble Carl Norberg and upgrades the rig for Mediterranean operations.

2002
CROSCO purchases the international assets of Rotary Rt., a subsidiary of MOL Oil and Gas Company of Hungary under the contract in Syria and Tunisia. The purchase adds three drilling rigs to CROSCO's fleet.

2001
CROSCO’s quality management system earns certification from Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI) to ISO 9001:1994 quality standards. Scope of supply includes all of CROSCO’s services.

2000
CROSCO forms joint venture company Noble CROSCO Drilling Ltd. in equal partnership with Noble Asset Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of Noble Drilling Corporation.

1999
CROSCO forms joint venture company Mideast Integrated Drilling & Well Services Company LLC (Midwesco) with Riyam Engineering Ltd. and commences with provision of workover, wireline (slick line) and pumping services in Oman. Drilling and coil tubing services are later also provided in Oman.

1998

CROSCO implements Management Information System SAP R/3. SAP R/3 modules implemented: Controlling, Finance and Accounting, Materials Management and Plant Maintenance. Treasury Cash Management and Human Resources are later implemented.

1998
CROSCO commences an extensive upgrading program, which includes an investment of nearly U.S. $30 million into the semisubmersible Zagreb 1.

1997
Association agreements are signed with Western Atlas Logging Services and Sperry-Sun Drilling Services to ensure the most current logging and horizontal drilling services.

1997
CROSCO is formed as a separate entity within the INA Group.

Geoservice is added as CROSCO's newest integrated service component.

1982
CROSCO drills the deepest onshore well in Europe at that time, well Oresac 2, 6,047 m (18,443 ft) in Croatia. Today, we regularly drill wells that surpass the above record.

1978
CROSCO drills the deepest offshore well in Europe to date, well Amanda, 7,305 m (23,967 ft), in Italian waters.

1977 - 1984
Offshore logging, coring, well testing, nitrogen and coil tubing services are added to CROSCO's offshore integrated service package.

1974 - 1975
CROSCO becomes one of the first companies in Europe to offer Nitrogen and Coil Tubing services

1972
CROSCO acquires the offshore platform Neptun and commences offshore drilling, cementing, stimulation, fishing and directional drilling services.

1966
Well Testing is added to CROSCO's integrated service package.

1958 - 1968
CROSCO enters the international market by providing geophysical services in Ethiopia and Egypt and drilling services in India and Jordan. Thus far, CROSCO has provided services in 23 countries.

1954
CROSCO drills its first directional well.

1952
Cementing, stimulation, coring and fishing services are added to CROSCO's growing package of onshore integrated services. Acidizing services were introduced in 1959, fracturing in 1970, and sand control in 1986.

1948
CROSCO obtains its first Schlumberger onshore logging unit. Well logging services are introduced offshore in 1977.

1932
The provision of drilling, mud and workover services marks the beginnings of CROSCO and the oil industry in Croatia.
