omc07CROSCO exhibited the company's drilling and well services at the 8th Offshore Mediterranean Conference and Exhibition in Ravenna, Italy held from the 28th to the 30th of March, 2007.   CROSCO's booth featured drilling and workover services that are being provided by Crosco jackup drilling rig Labin for ENI in the Italian waters of the Adriatic Sea.   CROSCO also presented the company's activities in the North African and Middle East markets.   Bojan Milkovic, CROSCO's President and CEO, attended the event and presented CROSCO's future offshore drilling and well services plans and strategy to clients and partners.
 

CROSCO provides drilling services for Gulfsands Petroleum in Syria


CROSCO Integrated Drilling & Well Services Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce the recent commencement of drilling services for Gulfsands Petroleum PLC in Syria. Drilling services are being provided with CROSCO's 2000 HP drilling rig EMSCO 602 (Emsco C-2 II).  Currently CROSCO is drilling the Khurbet East exploration well KHE 1. The total drilling depth of the KHE 1 well is expected to be approximately 3,700 meters.  Vedran Buratovic, General Manager of CROSCO's Syrian Branch stated, “CROSCO is pleased to be providing drilling services for the second time to Gulfsands Petroleum.   During 2006 CROSCO drilled the Suwaidiyah North 1 Well also in Block 26 with CROSCO 1500 HP drilling rig MIDCO 501. CROSCO drilling rig EMSCO 602 recently completed a successful long term engagement for Shell lead Al Furat Petroleum Company.    Upon completion of the Gulfsands project, the EMSCO 602 drilling rig will be mobilized to Egypt for a two year contract with RWE Dea Nile.   Prior to commencing drilling services for RWE Dea, the EMSCO 602 drilling rig will be serviced and completely retrofitted with new Caterpillar 3512 diesel engines as well as new silicon controlled rectifiers, new motor control center and new shale shakers.”
 

CROSCO provides drilling and workover services for Khalda Petroleum Company in Egypt

CROSCO Integrated Drilling & Well Services Co., Ltd. is pleased to be providing drilling and workover services for Khalda Petroleum Company, a Joint Venture of Apache Corporation and the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation ("EGPC").  The drilling and workover services are being provided in Khalda Petroleum Company's concession areas in the Western Desert region of Egypt, approximately 500 kilometers west of Cairo.

Drilling services are being provided with CROSCO 1000 HP Ideco 301 (Ideco H-44-CD) and CROSCO 900 HP Skytop 3 (Skytop Brewster RR 850).    Workover services are being provided with CROSCO Cardwell 9 (Cardwell KB 210A) and CROSCO Cardwell 10 (Cardwell KB 210). The drilling and workover services are being provided in the Western Desert region.

Petar Vuckovic, General Manager of CROSCO’s Egyptian branch, stated, “CROSCO is extremely pleased to be given the opportunity to provide drilling and workover services to Khalda Petroleum Company.    CROSCO has five drilling rigs and two workover rigs in Egypt providing services for four operators: Khalda Petroleum Company, RWE Dea, INA and IEOC. We are looking forward to providing our clients with both individual and integrated oilfield service solutions.”
